Looking for a better way of life and the opportunity to really exercise your engineering talents?

We are located in a state whose motto is "Maine, the way life should be". That says a lot about our location and the work atmosphere we believe in. Our company is a dynamic, growing, engineering firm that has a friendly work atmosphere and provides highly challenging career growth potential. Our location supports a recreational lifestyle, with good schools and a more balanced and reasonable pace of life.

Our Company

The Fitch Company specializes in both upgrades and new installations and enjoys an excellent reputation in the pulp and paper, power and other manufacturing industries. Our engineering staff has extensive experience in the application of integrated process controls — including all types of PLCs — as well as with distributed control systems and related software. We also design control systems for both continuous and discrete processes and for data-driven applications.

Our Team

We're always looking for people who believe in quality and excellence and who understand our goal: to successfully implement technology that improves productivity and increases profits for our clients.

Members of our staff are expected to stay up to date with the latest technologies and to attend training to enhance and maintain their engineering skills. While we believe in hard work, we also know both family and recreational time are important. Many of our staff members coach sports teams and are involved in other community service activities and organizations. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including a 401(k) plan and paid holidays and vacations.
